The 14th District project, on Rosh Pina Street in Holon, is an urban renewal project in the evacuating-and-rebuilding (Pinui-Binui) track, which includes the demolition of 10 existing buildings and the construction of a new complex. The project includes mixed uses: residential, commerce, employment, and public functions. The planned construction includes: three fabric-style construction complexes, 12 fabric-style buildings of 9 stories, two towers of 20 and 35 stories, as well as a 4-story underground parking lot.
The 2–4 HaGiborim project in Bat Yam is located near the municipal border with Tel Aviv-Yafo, in the developing area of the city gates. The project includes four shared basement floors, above them two residential towers of 27 and 28 stories containing 256 housing units. The ground floors were designed to integrate community uses, and include residents' lounges in both buildings, a private kindergarten in one of them and an annex room in the second, while creating a high-quality residential environment that integrates services for the residents' welfare right at the street level.
A mixed-use development situated approximately 300 meters from the coastline, adjacent to Rambam Health Care Campus. The project comprises four buildings featuring 309 residential units, along with office spaces, commercial areas, sports facilities, and public spaces, all constructed above a 2.5-level underground basement structure. Constructing the project over a coastal aquifer, combined with a high groundwater level, presents significant architectural, engineering, and execution challenges in the design and development of the basement levels.

The project includes the construction of two 28-story towers above six shared basement floors, with a scope of approximately 56,000 square meters of new construction, excluding the buildings for preservation. The project includes the demolition of a train-style building (shikun) and the preservation of two additional train-style buildings, alongside the preservation and relocation of mature ficus trees, and constitutes a complex execution challenge due to the preservation works and the unique logistics involved in relocating the trees.

The project integrates commercial spaces, kindergartens, and public buildings. Due to the limited lot area, approximately 2.2 dunams, complex planning of the underground parking lot was required, which includes about 247 parking spaces alongside technical rooms and storage units for the residents.
The Derech HaShalom project is an urban renewal project in Tel Aviv, at the corner of Derech HaShalom and HaMa'avak streets, which includes 8 residential buildings, 564 housing units, and approximately 2,000 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor. The project integrates planning within an existing urban fabric, while preserving existing trees and creating a high-quality connection to the functioning urban environment.
