The FIRST project, located in the Sde Dov Quarter in Tel Aviv, is a mixed-use project that includes four fabric buildings and a 45-story tower. The complex combines residential, employment, and active commercial spaces along the street front, as part of an advanced urban planning concept. The project, executed in collaboration with an international architect from the United States, is characterized by unique shading elements that give the buildings depth, volume, and a prestigious architectural appearance, making it one of the flagship projects of the developing Sde Dov Quarter.
The HaBiluim Complex project is a mixed-use "pinui-binui" (eviction-reconstruction) project, which includes two 33-story residential towers with 308 residential units, alongside a commercial and employment tower with an area of approximately 16,000 square meters. All the buildings are connected via a shared underground parking lot. As part of the project, a public open space (SHZAP) is also planned for the Ramat Gan Municipality, creating connectivity between HaBiluim Street and the planned light rail station on Aluf Sadeh Street.
The 14th Quarter (HaRova Ha-14) project, located on Rosh Pina Street in Holon, is an urban renewal project under the "pinui-binui" (eviction-reconstruction) track, which includes the demolition of 10 existing buildings and the construction of a new complex. The project includes mixed uses: residential, commercial, employment, and public functions. The planned construction includes: three fabric-building complexes, 12 fabric buildings of 9 stories, two towers of 20 and 35 stories, as well as a 4-story underground parking lot.
A mixed-use project located approximately 300 meters from the shoreline, adjacent to the Rambam Hospital. The project includes four buildings, 309 residential units, employment and commercial areas, sports facilities, and public spaces, above 2.5 basement floors. Constructing the project above an aquifer, alongside a high groundwater level, poses a significant planning and execution challenge in the design and execution of the basement floors.
A "binui-pinui" (eviction-reconstruction) project located approximately 300 meters from the shoreline, which includes two 38-story residential towers with 348 residential units, above two basement floors. The project includes two floors of residential secure spaces (MAMAD), a floor for residents' well-being with a semi-Olympic swimming pool, and constitutes the first phase out of four planned phases in the complex.
A residential project featuring two buildings: Building C with 11 stories (including ground floor) and Building D with 9 stories (including ground floor), constructed above four underground parking levels. Phase A of the project comprises 137 housing units, with 79 units located within these two structures. The development is characterized by high engineering complexity, utilizing dry siding combined with aluminum finishes.

The first tower includes a commercial floor and 19 residential stories with 83 housing units, while the second tower features commercial spaces on its first two floors and 24 residential stories with 115 housing units. Both structures share three basement levels. The commercial floors were designed with post-tensioned concrete slabs to allow for wide spans and layout flexibility within the retail areas.
A mixed-use project in Givat Shmuel promoted through two permits and a city building plan (TABA) to increase rights. The project includes an employment and commercial building in the first phase, and in the next phase, an integrated tower is planned that includes commerce, employment, and residential space with a scope of 34 residential units. The project is characterized by complex planning, interface management among a variety of consultants, and the advancement of planning and licensing procedures in multiple tracks simultaneously.
The project, located on Samborsky Street in Tel Aviv, includes two high-end residential buildings, with a total scope of 160 residential units.
The Ir Ganim project, located in the Ir Ganim neighborhood in Jerusalem, includes a 30-story residential tower above 6.5 basement floors, featuring 135 residential units and approximately 360 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor. The project is characterized by an architectural design that integrates a variety of facade claddings, while maintaining the dominance of Jerusalem stone in two shades, combining lightweight elements to emphasize selected parts of the structure, and designing recessed balconies that create a harmonious and meticulous facade.
The HaTzela project, located on HaTzela Street in Ramat Gan, is a mixed-use project with a scope of approximately 150,000 square meters, which includes two towers; a 64-story tower combining offices and residential units, and an additional 36-story tower designated for offices.
