A turnkey project at the High-Tech Park complex in Ra’anana, including the design and execution of envelope and finishing works across seven office floors. The project included offices, meeting rooms, a showroom, server rooms, a dining area, a full-service kitchen, and additional supporting spaces.        

The project includes the construction of an advanced medical center spanning approximately 1,000 sqm, comprising a dental clinic, pharmacy, and primary care clinic. The project features the integration of complex medical systems, a high standard of finishes, and functional planning that ensures seamless continuity between the public areas and clinical spaces, while meeting the stringent standards of the healthcare sector.

  Meuhedet’s headquarters are located in the WeTube building, adjacent to the 1,000 Complex in Rishon LeZion. The project spans approximately 18,000 sqm and includes office spaces, an events floor, and a full-service kitchen. The project involves complete fit-out works, including finishes and building systems. The design and execution are carried out in line with Meuhedet’s values, with an emphasis on high-quality construction, technological innovation, an advanced work environment, an optimal user experience, and the creation of a functional, efficient, and welcoming workplace for the organization’s employees and visitors.
