The Global Complex is a mixed-use development featuring two office towers, rising 32 and 41 stories high, alongside a medical center and commercial spaces. The project is located in the Petah Tikva business district, seamlessly integrating commercial, medical, and corporate uses within a single complex.    

The project is located in Rishon LeZion, adjacent to the HaElef Complex, and includes six basement levels with approximately 700 parking spaces and commercial areas, as well as seven office floors, five of which are designated for Meuhedet Health Services offices.    

The Global Gold project, situated at 2 Denmark Street in Petah Tikva, is a 30-story office tower featuring a commercial floor, a main lobby, a gallery level, and three underground parking levels. A defining feature of this development is its construction on the former site of the Teva factory. This required the project management team to oversee a highly complex, comprehensive soil and groundwater remediation process to address historical contamination. Concurrently, the project successfully integrates unique architectural elements that pay homage to the factory's original laboratory structures.   

A commercial and office project in Tel Aviv developed by the Kaduri Group, including a 22-story tower with a construction volume of approximately 75,000 square meters.

The Ofer Yavne project, located in the Neot Shamir neighborhood of Yavne, is a mixed-use development comprising a five-story office building above a large open-air commercial center, alongside an underground parking facility, part of which is designated for a Yohananof supermarket.
