The FIRST project, located in the Sde Dov Quarter in Tel Aviv, is a mixed-use project that includes four fabric buildings and a 45-story tower. The complex combines residential, employment, and active commercial spaces along the street front, as part of an advanced urban planning concept. The project, executed in collaboration with an international architect from the United States, is characterized by unique shading elements that give the buildings depth, volume, and a prestigious architectural appearance, making it one of the flagship projects of the developing Sde Dov Quarter.

The HaBiluim Complex project is a mixed-use "pinui-binui" (eviction-reconstruction) project, which includes two 33-story residential towers with 308 residential units, alongside a commercial and employment tower with an area of approximately 16,000 square meters. As part of the project, a public open space (SHZAP) is also planned for the Ramat Gan Municipality, creating connectivity between HaBiluim Street and the planned light rail station on Aluf Sadeh Street.
