The Comasco logistics center (Marlog) complex, located in the Caesarea Industrial Zone, is a logistical and operational project extending over an area of approximately 40 dunams. The project includes a logistics center complex with two storage floors with an area of approximately 7,500 square meters per floor, an office floor, a storage floor, and two entrance buildings. Additionally, in the northern part of the complex, treatment and storage areas for crane parts are located alongside office and service buildings, including a locksmith shop, an electrical shop, and painting and washing buildings.
The Prolog Logistics Center, located in the Yoav Regional Council near Re’em Junction, is an advanced logistics facility spanning approximately 50,000 sqm and currently occupied by leading logistics companies. The project was designed to provide full access for trucks and containers of all sizes across all levels of the building, while meeting advanced operational and logistics requirements. Construction included a particularly complex structural frame, characterized by wide spans and significant execution heights, requiring meticulous engineering planning and a high level of construction expertise.
An office project in the Mishkafayim neighborhood in Beit Shemesh, which includes the first office building in the city. The project includes five parking levels and 15 office floors in core and shell condition. The project is characterized by a significant engineering challenge due to the marl soil at the site, which creates complexity in stormwater management and in treating continuous water seepage into the basement floors.
The project included the construction of an advanced food manufacturing facility for Carmit Candy Industries Ltd., with a built area of approximately 13,500 sqm on a 25,000 sqm site in the Tziporit Industrial Zone. The facility includes production halls, laboratories, management offices, and warehouses, and incorporates complex systems and dedicated process piping, including piping for chocolate transfer. The building was constructed with a steel frame and insulated panel cladding. The project was completed within 18 months during the COVID-19 pandemic and involved flying in specialist teams from several countries for the installation of equipment and machinery.
