The project includes a 16-story residential tower with 134 residential units, above a ground floor that includes a commercial area and two basement floors. The project is characterized by significant engineering complexities, including execution in close proximity to the metro route, shoring solutions without leaning for the tower, the integration of prefabricated bathrooms (Pods), and complex engineering coordination with the adjacent lot to establish a shared ramp.

The renovation project of the Neve Aviv assisted living complex in Kfar Shmaryahu includes a comprehensive renewal of three two- and three-story buildings, with a total area of approximately 8,000 square meters. The works, which lasted about two years while maintaining the continuity of the residents' daily lives and the ongoing operations of the complex, included a complete replacement of infrastructure systems, facade renovation, roof sealing, the addition of elevators, and the creation of new stairwells. As part of the project, a clinic, a central kitchen, a café, a library, a gym, a cinema room, and new landscaping areas were also established, alongside the redesign of the 96 residential units. The project was executed in an occupied and active environment, maintaining meticulous management of the works and providing solutions for the residents' needs throughout all execution phases.
