A post-doctoral residential project for the Weizmann Institute of Science, located at the corner of Herzl and HaNasi HaRishon streets in Rehovot. The project includes a 16-story residential tower with 134 residential units, above a ground floor that includes a commercial area and two basement floors. The project is characterized by significant engineering complexities, including execution in close proximity to the metro route, shoring solutions without leaning for the tower, the integration of prefabricated bathrooms (Pods), and complex engineering coordination with the adjacent lot to establish a shared ramp.

The Lot 301 project in Sde Dov is a mixed-use project that combines a hotel with an area of approximately 10,000 square meters, an office building with an area of approximately 9,000 square meters, and commercial spaces with a scope of approximately 4,000 square meters, spread across two floors on the street front. The integration of uses within the complex creates a dynamic environment of activity, combining employment, commerce, and hospitality in a central and developing location.  

The project, located in Beit Berl within the Drom HaSharon Regional Council, is a unique complex that combines assisted living, student dormitories, and kindergartens, with the aim of creating a vibrant and connected multi-generational community. The project includes assisted living with an area of approximately 25,000 square meters and student dormitories with an area of approximately 2,000 square meters, alongside a wide range of facilities and services for the well-being of the residents, including a fitness and wellness center that features activity and leisure rooms, a swimming pool, a kitchen and dining room, a bakery, a café, and extensive landscaping and development areas, creating a high-quality and inviting living environment.

A mixed-use project on Ahad Ha'Am Street in Tiberias, combining hospitality, residential, and commercial uses with a scope of approximately 30,000 square meters. The project includes two basement floors, a 4-story hotel with a pool, and a 15-story residential tower with a rooftop pool. As part of the urban renewal project, a historic hotel from 1920 is preserved, utilizing structure underpinning ("tliyat hamivne"), top-down excavation methodology, and the preservation and restoration of original architectural elements as part of an innovative design by architect Moshe Zur.  

The renovation project of the Neve Aviv assisted living complex in Kfar Shmaryahu includes a comprehensive renewal of three two- and three-story buildings, with a total area of approximately 8,000 square meters. The works, which lasted about two years while maintaining the continuity of the residents' daily lives and the ongoing operations of the complex, included a complete replacement of infrastructure systems, facade renovation, roof sealing, the addition of elevators, and the creation of new stairwells. As part of the project, a clinic, a central kitchen, a café, a library, a gym, a cinema room, and new landscaping areas were also established, alongside the redesign of the 96 residential units. The project was executed in an occupied and active environment, maintaining meticulous management of the works and providing solutions for the residents' needs throughout all execution phases.  

The project, located in the Eshkol Quarter in Tel Aviv, is a mixed-use project that includes four buildings, 452 residential units, approximately 1,000 square meters of commercial space, and an urban hotel with about 70 rooms. The project combines residential, commercial, and hospitality uses within a single complex, and is characterized by meeting green building standards, utilizing advanced cladding materials, and featuring innovative architectural design.  

The Agam Boutique project, located on Maglan Street in the hotel avenue on the shores of the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret) in Tiberias, includes a building with 84 vacation and hospitality units. The project is characterized by a stepped architectural design that integrates into the mountain's topography and faces the Sea of Galilee, alongside a high building standard, a residents' pool, and an open view of the Sea of Galilee from every unit.
