Making an Impact

Yeladim BeSikuy supports children and youth raised in welfare residential institutions and out-of-home care, accompanying them through their first steps toward independent living. Through a variety of educational, therapeutic, and social programs, the organization provides them with tools, guidance, and opportunities for growth and social integration. For many years, we have been proud to partner in this journey and actively support the organization's activities. As part of this collaboration, our employees take part in diverse volunteer efforts, including personal mentorship, private tutoring, as well as professional and personal guidance. For us, this is not a one-time initiative, but a long-term partnership built on commitment, care, and a true belief in the power of personal involvement to drive real change.

The "Bayit Hechi Achi" organization provides a warm home, personal guidance, and a supportive environment for lone soldiers serving in combat roles in the IDF. The association works to give them a sense of belonging, security, and family throughout their military service, helping them cope with the unique challenges that come with serving without a family safety net. We are proud to take part in the association's activities and to partner in work that offers these soldiers a genuine envelope of support during a significant period of their lives. We place great importance on creating a sense of belonging and support for those who serve without family backing, believing that even a small involvement can become a meaningful part of their support system. For us, this is a way to express gratitude, take responsibility, and give back to those who protect the country's security.
